Library Rules & Guidelines
Ek disciplined aur peaceful study environment banaye rakhne ke liye in niyamon ka palan karna sabhi students ke liye anivarya hai.
General Rules
Timings & Entry
- Campus 24×7 khula rahta hai, lekin entry ke liye active booking hona zaroori hai.
- Entry ke waqt apna Library ID card ya booking receipt dikhana compulsory hai.
- Bina booking ke kisi bhi reserve seat par baithna allowed nahi hai.
100% Silent Zone
- Poora study area silent zone hai. Pin-drop silence maintain karein.
- Mobile phones hamesha silent/vibrate mode par rakhein. Study hall me calls allowed nahi hain.
- Group discussion ya loud earphone music strictly prohibited hai.
Cleanliness
- Apni seat aur desk ko use karne ke baad saaf rakhein.
- Desk par khana pina allowed nahi hai. Lunch ke liye cafeteria use karein (Paani allowed hai).
- Kachra hamesha dustbin mein hi dalein.
Seat Booking Rules
Booking & Usage
- Seat sirf registered aur verified users hi book kar sakte hain.
- Aap apni suvidha anusaar Hourly, Full Day, ya Monthly plans choose kar sakte hain.
- Seat booking non-transferable hai. Aap apni desk kisi friend ko nahi de sakte.
Renewal & Expiry
- Seat renew karne ke liye expiry se kam se kam 24 ghante pehle request karein.
- Booking expire hone ke baad desk turant vacate karni hogi. Overstay par penalty lag sakti hai.
- Cancellation ke liye library ki official refund policy check karein.
Payment Guidelines
Payment Methods
- Hum Auto-Verification (BharatPe/UPI) aur Manual UTR dono accept karte hain.
- Auto-verification me seat turant book ho jati hai. Manual me admin approval (1-2 hrs) lagta hai.
UTR & Verification
- Manual payment ke baad 12-digit UTR number dalna anivarya hai.
- Fake UTR dalne par account turant block kar diya jayega.
Refunds
- Accidental duplicate payments 3-5 working days me refund kar diye jayenge.
- Mid-month plan cancellation par koi refund nahi diya jayega.
Security & Conduct
Respect Community
- Fellow aspirants aur library staff ke sath hamesha respect se pesh aayein.
- Kisi bhi prakar ka harassment, arguments, ya misbehave strictly bardasht nahi kiya jayega.
- Koi issue hone par seedhe reception desk ya admin se contact karein.
Personal Belongings
- Apne laptops, bags aur keemti saaman ki raksha khud karein.
- Agar aap locker use kar rahe hain, toh ensure karein ki wo theek se lock ho.
- Pura campus 24x7 CCTV surveillance mein hai for your safety.
Violations & Penalties
Strict Actions for Rule Breaking
Library ki shanti aur discipline bhang karne walo par sakht action liya jayega:
- Level 1 (First Offense): Verbal or Written Warning.
- Level 2 (Repeat Offense): 1 Week temporary suspension of desk access.
- Level 3 (Serious Misconduct): Fighting, theft, or damage to property will result in a Permanent Ban without any refund, and potential legal action.
- Payment Fraud: Submitting fake UTRs or reversed payments will lead to instant account termination.
