By accessing or using Surya Library ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates.

Surya Library का उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों से सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग न करें।

To book seats, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

खाता बनाने के लिए आपकी जानकारी सही और पूर्ण होनी चाहिए। अपने लॉगिन विवरण की सुरक्षा आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।

• Booking Confirmation: A seat is confirmed only after successful payment verification (instant for BharatPay, manual approval for UTR upload).
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Dynamic pricing may apply based on seat type, duration, and floor.
• Payment Methods: We accept BharatPay (instant) and manual UTR with screenshot. For manual payments, approval may take up to 2 hours.
• Fraud: Any attempt to use fake UTR or manipulate payments will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

भुगतान के बाद ही सीट कन्फर्म होती है। गलत UTR डालने पर खाता निलंबित किया जा सकता है।

Bookings can be cancelled by contacting support. Refunds are at the discretion of the management and are generally not provided for used seats. In case of duplicate payment or technical error, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

यदि कोई तकनीकी त्रुटि होती है या डुप्लिकेट भुगतान होता है, तो रिफंड 7 कार्य दिवसों में कर दिया जाएगा।

• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your booked seat.
• Disturbing other users (loud conversations, phone calls, etc.).
• Eating or drinking inside the library (water bottles are allowed).
• Damaging library property, including furniture and books.
• Any illegal or fraudulent activity.

उपरोक्त नियमों के उल्लंघन पर बिना किसी सूचना के खाता निलंबित किया जा सकता है।

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Surya Library or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Surya Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State].

ये नियम भारतीय कानून के अधीन हैं। किसी भी विवाद का समाधान [आपके शहर] के न्यायालय में किया जाएगा।

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
